A variable credit agreement is a contract whereby credit is granted in advance by a merchant to a consumer who is making use of it from time to time, in whole or in part, according to the terms of the agreement..

The variable credit agreement includes, among other things, the contract concluded for the use of what is commonly called a credit card, credit account, revolving credit, line of credit, credit opening and any other contract of the same nature.

Applicant must be 18 years of age or older

Applicant must be a resident of Canada

Applicant must have a stable income for a minimum of 4 months

Applicant must receive their income by direct deposit into a Canadian bank account

Applicant must have a minimum income of $2,000 per month

Applicant must not have filed for bankruptcy in the last 6 months or consider filing for bankruptcy or a consumer proposal in the next 6 months

If you are incorporated and your invoices are paid by direct deposit into the account used for the line of credit, you may be eligible for a line of credit.

The rate offered is 12%

Fees will vary dependent on the approved line of credit. Consult the section "Calculate your payments" to estimate your payments

If you have filed a consumer proposal or have registered for voluntary deposit;

If you have an unstable professional situation;

If the documentation you provided is incomplete or the information you provided is incorrect.

In the event of default of payment or non-cooperation, a $50.00 fee will be applied to the next payment.

YES. We encourage all our clients to make prepayments to save on interest charges and administrative fees. You can ask for your balance at any time and pay it by electronic transfer. It is important to note that pre-authorized debits are mandatory for minimum payments.

We do not perform credit checks. In fact, we do not think that a credit rating is the only aspect that need to be considered. We give credit based on the consistency of your income with your expenses. However, your ability to repay is verified to avoid exposing you to over-indebtedness.

We will verify your employer's phone number, but we will not inform them that it concerns an application for financing. In the event that we are unable to reach you with the number you provided, we may contact your employer or one of your references

Collection Procedure and Credit Rating: CreditClick complies with Canadian legal standards. If a particular situation arises during your repayment period, our collection department will establish a repayment agreement with you, taking into account your situation.In the event that the debtor fails to make any of the payments provided in this contract by the due date,the creditor may require the full payment of any outstanding balance, capital, interest and costs. All judicial and extrajudicial costs that are reasonably incurred in connection with defects in this contract shall be claimed from the debtor for any pre-authorized check or payment returned to the creditor.In the event that no payment agreement is possible between the debtor and the creditor, the creditor may assign the file to a collection agency, which may then affect the credit rating of the debtor.
